Nikki and Charlaine from Nduni Properties went above and beyond to find me my perfect apartment. As a newbie to the country, not only did they help me on the apartment side, but constantly gave me huge support with all the right contacts and people to talk to during my transition. I am now also using their immense and highly professional skills on the property management side headed up by Fatima. I truly would have been lost without their ongoing support. 5 Stars to this amazing and dedicated company who really has their client's interests at heart. I would highly recommend Nduni to my family and friends! Charlaine and Nicola wonderful! They are committed to helping each client find the house that best fits their needs. They are professional, resourceful, responsive and very pleasant to work. They go the extra mile for their clients and even help them get settled after the move. Traveling and moving alone, especially to a country that could pose a bit of a language barrier, is daunting and often a lonely endeavor. I will be eternally grateful to Charlaine and the Team at Nduni. When Charlaine stepped in, she found a lovely rental for me and guided me through the process of settling in for my sabbatical. My condo is beautiful, in a safe and lovely neighborhood, and as a topper, it is dog friendly. Charlaine followed up with me time and again to ultimately assist me with all the necessary requirements to reside in the area, from banking to cable to best restaurants and more. But her greatest skill came during the negotiations. While I was able to save some money, Charlaine made sure the deal was a win-win, so that everyone left happy and satisfied. I have already recommended her to my friends and will continue to do so. Nduni is a breath of fresh air - especially after leaving the States in these turbulent times. Bravo Charlaine and Nduni.
