Exceptional place where you MUST book before being able to visit the gardens and do some wine tasting. Why not 5 stars? The wine shop staff was quite cold and not very welcoming at the beginning... but warmed up during the tour.

Reservation required! Email ahead of time. They take very small groups at a time. Christine our guide was very pleasant and incredibly knowledgeable. You start with a walk thru the gardens of the estate which has some beautiful fauna and gorgeous historical settings. Once we arrived at the wine tasting our guide really loosened up and created a very enjoyable experience. We spent 2 hours here. Added a cheese pairing to our tasting, which they make themselves. Not at all dissatisfied with anything. Remember to book ahead you cannot just show up!!

We tried to book a tour the day before going (during the whole day), either calling and through the website / email / instagram and there was no way to contact them. The next day, due to the impossibility of booking the tour, we went to the complex with hopes that they would allow us to pay the tour there but with very rude manners they told us that it was impossible to do the tour without prior reservation. They should check the employees who are facing the public, very impolite.

Might be nice if you can get in. Didn't have a reservation, so we weren't allowed to enter. No problem, just didn't know we needed one. Lady at the reception was very rude and even laughed at us to another employee as we were walking back to our car
