Consultório Veterinário Petvet Mindelo

Aweful experience. We found a dog on the streets of Mindelo and were advised to visit the PetVet Clinic to a) check if there is a chip and b) so that they take care of the dog until s.o. from the police or association picks him up. Loads and loads of back and forth.. several telephone calls.. valued time which we lost.. no water or food proportion for the poor dog; communication issues etc. Big drama for nothing. Actually a vet clinic should be worried about the health and life of a dog - no matter what - especially because in those situations there is no difference between a "public" or "private" entity. The health of the animal should be the priority - at all times. Period.

Conheci a Petvet através de uma amiga cliente á 12 anos , fui á Petvet Mindelo com a minha Gata Mimi , já tinha sido seguida em outras clinicas e nunca me deram uma solução, na Petvet resolveram o problema , a minha Mimi é insuficiente renal , graças ao profissionalismo da Petvet detetaram o problema grave de saúde..
