Wonderful stay. Walking distance from the old town and very good restaurants.

We booked a spa day - and it turned out to be rather complicated than relaxing. Unfortunately Covid is often used as an excuse.. yes to indoor pool, no to jacuzzi, no to exterior pool.. no slippers nor bathrobe.. ? 4* property.. Crying and jumping kids in the indoor pool.. no relaxing atmosphere. While having the massage, the therapists laughed at each other, made gestures and communicated - although the treatment should occur calm, relaxing and non judgemental. The massage itself was ok. No go: tea with pingo doce tag.. and attitude by therapists at the reception. Overall an ok experience but would not return.

The young lady Sara, at the reception is very kind and very helpful. Not everyone is like that. Actually hotel is very good

Wonderful place to stay in visiting Coimbra. It is a modern hotel so if you're looking for quaint, this wouldn't be for you. Easy parking, lovely rooms, nice amenities and staff.
