Nice staff. Clean and big rooms with good facilities and amenities and comfortable bed, with access to the parking. Average breakfast, in a calm environment. Building is old but clean. The hotel view is not interesting but its location is good. It's a good choice for business trips. Price was appropriate. I would like to chose this hotel for my next visit of Coimbra.

Asked for 2 twin beds in the morning, had to arrive very late and tired .receptionist told me it wasn't possible, never sent message about the twin beds and while at the reception during check-in they sent a message saying twin beds not available. They had all day to do it. Didn't stay of course , went to trypp coimbra, they are fabulous.

Spacious room although we started off with twin beds and having to go back for a double as requested. The staff is great. The front desk phone is sometimes unanswered for a long time. Breakfast needs a bit of an upgrade as it is very pork heavy in terms of protein on the one end and very sweet on the other.

Very good location. Close to the bus and train station. Rooms very spacious and modern. Really good quality breakfast. Lovely power shower. Nice coffee machine in the room. Comfy beds. Double glazed windows. Slept very well. Receptionist very helpful, friendly and efficient.
