We sent emails back and forth with questions and were happy with the communication. We sent our emails in English and they responded in Portuguese but it was no problem because we used google translate to read their emails. 3 men arrive with a truck and when they looked at our belongings they went back and got a smaller truck. It took no time at all. We moved from Coimbra to Nazare and my husband stayed at the Coimbra apartment and I went ahead to Nazare so I could show them where to place things when they arrived. My husband said they were extremely careful with everything and wrapped the furniture with plastic to protect it. They were careful with all the walls too. When they arrived in Nazare they were very organized with bringing things into the apartment. A couple of the men spoke English so there was no problem with anything. They all worked so hard it made me tired just watching them. We would highly recommend this company!
