Looking for an apartment for my daughter, I contacted the ERA agency thinking I was dealing with a serious agency. After promising reminders, I called them a third time. Transferred to the cell phone of a real estate agent who assured me that we could visit apartments as soon as we arrived (the following week), we wisely waited for the announcements promised by email ... Despite a follow-up via WhatsApp, no news ... We had to manage on the spot!
