One of the two National Heritage woods around Coimbra’s city center. Home for a lot of tree specimens and great for bird watching. On weekends expect to find it a bit crowded, specially under good weather. Worth a visit if you’re staying for more than one day, or if you are taking the river side road heading to Figueira da Foz.

Great place, super calm and peacefull, it has acess to bar and a tennis camp field.

Great National Park almost at the heart of the city!! Great for jogging or healthy walks or simply to enjoy some time in the nature.
