I like this place! Whenever we visit Coimbra - our first tea/coffee break is always here! They have a good selection of delicious cream/fruit cakes and there's lots of space (including an upstairs gallery). Its a busy place mind you - but the staff do a good job tending to everyone. Lunches are also good - fast and to the point. Basically, this is the sort of place that's hard to find in Lisbon - a no-nonsense pastelaria with a superb choice of desserts backed up by fast service. Looking forward to our next visit there!

Ripped me off because I was a tourist I think. 5 euros for some very overcooked scrambled eggs, plus service charge.
