I am disgusted with the EXTREAMLY RUDE AND VILE woman working in the shop yesterday, she flat refused to sell me an item before I could even speak with her, seemed to be pure predudice or racist even as I am English. Her shop was full, it was a disgusting situation and she should be ASHAMED of her disgraceful behaviour, no manners or customer care at all, I was looking for something to fit me while I'm pregnant, and made to feel worthless, I will never go in again, vile woman!

This morning I acquired a wonderful bag ... Just as I was looking for it ... It is elegant and versatile ... it serves as a backpack and evening bag suitable for those who want ... In order not to be marked it is a bit expensive but snow worth it. In Italy they are all already in love with my bag. Thank you
