The place is lovely, cozy on the 4th floor inside of Avenida building. The owner is super friendly and speaks English good enough to communicate well what you want. She is talented and I left with the haircut I'm happy with. When I was there, her salon is pretty busy with customers come and go constantly so you should give it sometime (even if you already had the appointment) for the haircut as you may need to wait for the previous customer to finish (I did wait for 30 minutes and the one after me had to wait for me to finish as well). My haircut cost 20 EUR with a bit undercut. Before leaving, I met one of her loyal customers and she said she has been using this salon for 10 years. Together with my own experience, Mona Lisa is a reliable salon where I'm pretty sure you can get pretty much what you want. Highly recommended.

Excelente atendimento super amigável técnica de corte fenomenal. Já frequento o estabelecimento há vários anos a fazer diversos cortes e sempre saí satisfeito. Recomendo!!
