Pork as it should be. Bit salty and not very hot, but that is a good thing.

Outstanding suckling pig sandwhich, matched with local sparkling white wine & hand cut chips! The espresso hit the spot!

Serves Portuguese style roast suckling pig (meat on the bone, with a layer of crispy skin). It's known as leitão, one of the most enjoyed delicacies by the locals. Juicy and tasty, it's like roast pork neck or sparerib. The complementary pepper sauce for the meat is strong, a few drops is enough. A must-try dish in the central region of Portugal. Their roast pork dish is served from the noon (approx. to 3:30pm) and they serve some other things like pork baps outside of those times. A small queue lined up by the locals should be expected during some peak hours. A good place for a quick lunch in this clean, contemporary design restaurant, and to avoid some touristic spots. However, tables arrangement is shoulder-to-shoulder close, but it's reflected by a lower price they charge compare to other places. As some comments suggest, its served warm, however, having tried 4 other leitão restaurants, I am inclined to think this is normal and it's intentionally done in that way to create that satisfactory crunch as diners bite it.

The piglet was good but it was lukewarm (on the cold side) and way too salty. Nice staff though.
