Bought a Samsung top model washing machine here July 1st 2018. Paid over 1000 euros and then took the extended warranty insurance cover...for another 100 euros. Our machine had a major fault 2 weeks 4 days ago and nearly caught fire. Insurance still has not fixed the machine. There seems to be no refund as the nahobe is out of the 2 year Samsung refund. I am not getting any help from Radio Popular. This insurance company is in Spain! Seems if they do not repair then the insurance is useless!!! I am disabled. I have dialysis 3 times a week.
