O Moinho Novo (The New Watermill) is a great place to make a stop, whether on the way to or from the coast. It specialized in convent pastries, also having a wide variety of sweets, breads, cheeses ... but what best identifies the pastry Moinho Novo is its small mill, next to the water stream and a "mini farm". There are indoor tables, on the terrace and along the stream for those who want to observe the animals. This is a nice spot to break the monotony of the road on a trip with children.
