I wanted to pay the electronic tolls, but to my surprise the person at the counter informed me that they do not have the right to print a proof that I was there to pay them. His argument: the CTT do not have the authorization to give such a proof if the person is not owner !! Well, how do pigeons rent cars because they are on vacation? By cons, a counter of the town hall (Louriçal) who operates the CTT they are entitled!
