Very helpful and quick in attending to us. We went to the CTT (post office) to buy a Via Verde (car transponder to pay motorway toll) without knowing what needs to be done. The instructions were clear. The CTT does not give the impression of a bring sterile government establishment. Instead the ambience is welcoming, the place is neat and with good lighting.
