My wife and I visited today to sort our temporary residency and the staff were excellent.

Very helpful staff who do their job in an efficient manner. I went there last week and got a number of outstanding issues sorted out very quickly.

The lady who attended us was very friendly and helpful. We almost had no waiting time and were very happy to have resolved everything in such a short time.

Speak English except one old rude lady 👵!! Every table is different from other!! I went to do a paperwork but the man was helpful and told me that he try to do but system doesn't except without a Portuguese grantor! Next day I went with my Portuguese friend and the woman did my work without asking a grantor and my Portuguese friend was laughing at me ! After that I clearly understand that in portugal rules change table to table 😐!!
