We were refused to change a big banknote into smaller ones. The employee explained it in the following way: “Because I don’t want. It’s enough for you for the weekend”. As I understand there is no state or bank policy that prohibits such actions, so the employee just expressed impoliteness. In case the bank considers Google reviews, it would be very helpful to clarify for the personnel under which conditions the bank changes banknotes or doesn’t provide such service at all in order not to undermine its reputation.

Definitively the best place to get cash around here. Avoid all the Euronet ATM’s everywhere, they charge you a LOT (12% fee!), so this is the best place by far that we found.
