Very disorganised and incompetent in relation to expats setting up in Portugal. Shockingly, it took me 4 meetings to get my account open! Having finally opened the account, there was an error whereby I was being charged fees many times in excess with what I signed for. When I notified the regional complaints it was rectified and I was refunded these charges... after admitting they had opened the wrong type of account for me.

Too slow service!! As you can see on the picture lots of desk are empty and employees are walking around rather finish the long queue !
