Já foi uma bom balcão de atendimento. Parte da gestão do mesmo o mau prestar de serviços e a salvaguarda dos direitos dos seus cliente"depositantes" sendo a instituição paga com taxas caríssimas para a gestão de nossas contas e proteção das mesmas. Neste caso foi violada com gravidade um dos direitos do cliente ( nr 3 do artigo 738° do código de processo civil ) que daremos continuidade pelos parâmetros legais. Fica tambem falta de respeito para com o cliente e omissão de dados relativos a conta por parte do mesmo responsável "sr Fernando"

Disastrous experience of this bank which wants to be a SPECIAL bank for its French customers. I wanted to buy in Portugal in December 2018 I opened an account at Millennium shopping Albufera; the purchase not having been made I request by mail the closure of the account on 04 16 2019 !!! account at 0 no checkbook no credit card since 04 25 2019 .... they finished, after a multitude of letters in AR and messages requesting information on the site, by definitively closing the account in 2021 !! !! of course every year at 31 12 they provide the French tax services with information on the account abroad at Zero euros! while this closure should be final in 2019 !! .... desperate attempt to have staff who speak French for hours on the phone for nothing !!!! but I could see that on the comments many customers complain about this bank, which would like to attract the French, by acting with this failing organization, they are not close to arriving there. Zero customer service.

Quando se deslocarem à sucursal da belavista, recusem o atendimento do Sr salvo seja (Hernâni) não sabe o que é educação, não está lá para ajudar os clientes, antes pelo contrário. Prejudica a instituição. Deveria estar numa barraca a vender peixe podre, pelo bafo que tem quando abre a boca, profissionalismo??? Zero. Fica a Dica !!!

The bank is located in a convenient location. Many clients. The bank serves promptly. There are roughnesses in maintenance, but where they do not exist? In general, you can safely recommend. The bank very good on-line service.
