2 * I understand, you cannot be good for everyone, but it's so simple. How do you explain me when I made an appointment one week before just to a Calibragem which takes approximately 20 minutes of work and arrived 6 minutes earlier than marked time. 10:30 and waited for 36 minutes under the sun on empty stomach. And who comes after me and without appointment, they get service immediately. How?
