All departments are professional and very good, except the WATER DEPARTMENT! Terrible, unprofessional and incompetent management. Our water gets cut off often and each time for many hours. It's worse than any third world country. They have no idea about preventive maintenance or how to be quickly repair an emergency pipe breakage. These are simple things that all water department all over the world know. They have no respect for their customers and residents of Albufeira. And when you complain, they just make pathetic excuses. Useless and terrible!

All the staff were super friendly and professional. We were here to register for temporary residency. Very good covid measures. Everything done quickly and thoroughly. Can't thank them enough.

Under the circumstances fairley quick and efficient service, security give you a number then call you in to sit in an area, before being called to another area where you seen within 10 minutes. Each chair is cleaned before the next person arrives

We waited 3/4 of an hour this morning to buy tickets for a show. Eventually decided to go and have breakfast. Came back, took a ticket at 11h47, waited and waited and waited. Our turn came up next but the lady took someone with a ticket for another department, not show tickets who has drawn their ticket at 12h20. I went in to tell her that we had been there before them and she answered, "not my fault, l pushed the button". Absolutely FURIOUS, Gill CHARLES, ALBUFEIRA
