It was good, Gently staff. But, I didn't find cover for my pan. Good price and quality of the matresses.

Prices are good and delivery of the first item, a wardrobe and bedbase, (as the mattress had not yet arrived at the warehouse) was good. However, we are still waiting for the mattress and there is absolutely no information. One of the wardrobe doors was damaged which we noticed only one we had unpacked it. Since it was the last of this type wardrobe in storage, we had to install it. Not overly enthusiastic with Conforama.

Having been in Conforama a few times to look round, I've never really purchased anything big. We are just renovating our apartment and we went in and were served by a young gentleman called Bruno, he was happy to help, guide us round the shop, help us check items were in stock and made the whole customer service experience excellent, we were in there 1 1/2 hours 😀 they have some fantastic offers on at the moment and worth a look round. Will highly recommend Conforama and if you have the pleasure of being helped by Bruno it will be an easy experience
