You’ll find just about everything you need for you home and DIY projects. Weekends tend to be busy, especially Saturdays, so I would go here during the week to avoid crowds. Loads of parking, easy to find. And most of the employees will be able to help you out with any questions you have. In fact, most have been very helpful and given me a few tips. I regularly shop at Leroy Merlin now that I started my home renovation. The one thing I think needs improving is the website and deliveries, otherwise no real complaints.

Bought an EQUATION AIR CONDITIONER....TERRIBLE! Has a design fault that when it's blowing out hot air, suddenly it goes cold. Its very uncomfortable and makes you sick due to the extreme temperature changes all the time. And Equation refused to help even under warranty. USELESS PRODUCT, USELESS COMPANY!! DO NOT BUY!! And it is almost impossible to leave a bad review for a product on the Leroy Merlin Website!! Disgraceful!

Waited all day, Friday, for a delivery from this store with an order of tools to fix an urgent house problem, but the delivery never happened. The store staff doesn't know what company was delivering it, at what time, and why they never made it. If you have any other option, avoid this store. - - - - RESPONSE to feedback from the store below. I have made 3 telephone inquiries to your general phone number. Each call was proceeded by a very long wait time. I also sent 3 emails. You do not publish the phone numbers/direct emails to your stores so I am doing whatever I can, multiple times. You have informed me you made an inquiry with CTT and it is the CTT's fault for not responding to you on this matter. So I also called CTT and was told that you never contacted them to inquire about what happened to my package, despite claiming in your emails that you did. As a company with a contract with CTT , only you can get the full details and fix this problem, not ME. I've been forced to do your job for you for the last week, spending A LOT of time doing it. But I'm actually unable to fix this problem myself. You actually have to do something here. Maybe instead of working on PR/protecting your reputation online, you could focus on providing at least a bare minimum of service? My whole experience of Leroy Merlin has so far been very unprofessional and untrustworthy. ------ The package eventually arrived, very late, the cardboard was in a bad state, looked like it was opened and resealed several times, but the products inside were not broken.
