Hatha Vidya | Raquel Reis

I'm practising yoga with Raquel on-line. It is such a great experience every time, both mentally and physically. I strongly recommend others to do the same. Raquel is such a good teacher and knows how to get her students inspired.

I am loving my online yoga classes with Raquel. She is an excellent teacher and makes it fun too. Her voice is incredibly relaxing and soothing - it makes My dogs go to sleep when I’m doing the class.

Racquel's Yoga classes are ideal for me as sometimes I have limited movement, she never pushes you, she just encourages you to do as much, or as little as you can! I always feel relaxed, stretched & full of life after her class! Love it! Xx
