I'm practising yoga with Raquel on-line. It is such a great experience every time, both mentally and physically. I strongly recommend others to do the same. Raquel is such a good teacher and knows how to get her students inspired.

I am loving my online yoga classes with Raquel. She is an excellent teacher and makes it fun too. Her voice is incredibly relaxing and soothing - it makes My dogs go to sleep when I’m doing the class.

Racquel's Yoga classes are ideal for me as sometimes I have limited movement, she never pushes you, she just encourages you to do as much, or as little as you can! I always feel relaxed, stretched & full of life after her class! Love it! Xx

Hatha Vidya Yoga takes you to another place of body and mind. Raquel has the voice of encouragement, mindfulness and peace. The practice helps every muscle and bone in your body. Helps in your daily life with all those aches and pains. Try it you won’t be disappointed and will become addicted to Hatha Vidya Yoga/Raquel Reis.
