Closest Gym to me, which is a plus.. Well kitted out with lose weights and all the usual weight machines to work various muscle groups, i.e. Chest, Shoulders, Arms, Legs, Back etc...

Great place to workout during holidays you can pay daily or weekly gym membership. I did 6 workouts their. Try to avoid rush hours since the weight room is quite small.

Trained BJJ here while I was on holidays in Albufeira. Jorge is a nice coach and everyone in the team is friendly. The gym equipments are good as well. I paid €26 for 6 days of gym sessions.
