No reactivity! Since September 2020 I have been waiting for quotes! Despite my numerous reminders by email and phone still no return! Really catastrophic their ways of working. No respect for customers. Never mind ! You don't want my money, someone else will take it! I strongly advise against it if you don't want to waste your time!

I do not recommend this company at all, poor quality equipment and especially deplorable, non-existent after-sales service, does not answer calls or emails. We ordered a door in 2019, door break carried out by our contractor of whom we are very happy, who did all of our work and break all our windows, who put several entrance doors in our surroundings and therefore bramial puts the fault on the break while it is the door which is of poor quality. Barely 1 year after the door seal is completely distended, torn, the air passes, so we are forced to adjust the door at each change of temperature, an eyesore, we will have to change our front door which represents a BIG cost. I sent them several emails with no return, reminders and still nothing!
