i guess Amazon will deal with it and stop using their service after what i'm going to write to them and CTT.
Not professional, no SMS, only called me and ask address and next day return package to sender in Lisbon with motive wrong address. Never deliver to home (for last 5 years), all time need spend time for search express packages.
No delivery and no answered the phone. Worst post service
Absolute waste of time. Notified I was not in when parcel arrived which I was and then tried to phone for about an hour with no answer.
Incompetent and apathetic.
