OMG the ticket service is sooooo slow! But your ticket in the afternoon, so you won't miss your movie. The line was about 20 people but took 45 minutes, we almost missed our movie. The popcorn is only sweet, not salt, to bad. The employee did her best to work fast, but the system is very slow and stupid. Nice theatre though, we enjoyed the movie.

Always go & visit when english films are showing . Live in Portugal for 6 mths a year , so cinema very handy & so comfortable. Great .

Forty five minutes of queuing, on a Thursday. No machines to buy tickets, no online ordering. When we arrived at the front, the lady was writing them by hand. She had two papers, one with the film and screen information, the other with the information on the seats in each room. She hadn't written the names on our film, then remarked "oh, I think I've sold some for this one. Was it three? I'll mark off three." Toilets had a quite unique puzzle, which was, only one tap dispenses water correctly and only one soap dispenser has soap. The best part is that they aren't together, so you have to dash from one end to the other. This place is an absolute shambles. First and last visit.

Movie tickets system was down poor Patricia had to do everything by hand bit remained cheerful throughout. Tile floor very slippery movie and sound quality was good for star wars movie and it waa in english. Bathroom was clean. So weak score is due to no napkins at the snack counter and the broken ticket system.
