Praia dos Salgados Nature walk

A great, family friendly way to explore nature in an ecofriendly way. The boardwalks are well maintained and there is a good amount of sitting spots when your feet need a rest.

Fantastic place food watches paradise great for photographers lovely set up.

Beautiful protected wetland and great for birdwatching. It is a stopping spot for migratory birds on their annual migratory travels between Africa and Europe. It connects the Praia dos Salgados with Praia Grande.

Such a beautiful place to go for a run or only for a walk.. In summer bit more crowded, bit still nice.. You can see there some birds, ducks and turtles if you are lucky 😉

I have been using this area for many years to do my running and stop for the occasional watching if nature , simply beautiful , definitely worth a walk along but not a mid day as no shelter from the sun , great way to start your day
