They sell cheap KN95 masks from China as FFP2 masks here. This is not correct. For 5,90 EUR per mask. This is a ripp-off, and I did not get a receipt. After some research on those KN95 masks, I returned the one I bought. In another pharmacy I was subsequently offered five of those cheap KN95 masks for 5,00 EUR.

Doesn't carry extremely important and basic medical supplies necessary for sustaining life, which any competent pharmacy would have. After very clearly explaining what I needed three times in a row, I was sold the wrong medical treatment to take home and use which is extremely dangerous. The people here don't seem to listen or care. I was then given trouble when I returned the next day explaining that this was not what I very clearly asked for, however I was eventually refunded after a slight scene. I was forced to search for the products I needed at another pharmacy down the road, which had much higher quality service, as well as the medical supplies I needed. It was bewildering and shocking that a pharmacy would not have basic medical supplies, and poses a threat by increasing medical risk within the community. Thankfully there was a professional pharmacy nearby able to help me, that carries the standard items you expect a pharmacy to have. It's probably why the other one has such high volume traffic and business despite being so close by -- people needing a fully functioning pharmacy go there after being dissatisfied by this poorly functioning "pharmacy" and the people who work here.
