Francisco's little petisco small plates of sardines escabeche, fried calf’s livers, and galega olives were a triumph but it was the poached hake à la pescada cozida and tenderly roasted pork knee à la joelho de porco assado that took this meal to the next level altogether. Much like the accompanying Quinta da Raza wines, every bite was a window onto new worlds. Francisco, Muito obrigado por refeição!
