Great to have a drink and enjoy the lovely weather. Also, to eat something small before lunch. Service takes a while.

They probably hope that you as a tourist don't understand much. First have 3 tables before they take your order. We order a 2x traditional tapas dish, of which they forget tapas of the 5. We finally get them after waiting 20 minutes and asking ... Choose another place, there are plenty on the square that are indeed.
