I bought a villa from this real estate agency which received me quite well at first. The villa was still on the structural part in 06/2018. He informed me that the villa would be finished by the end of October 2018, and I gave them an extra time until 12/15/2018. The contract stipulated that the final payment would be when the keys were handed over. From September 2018, this gentleman was already contacting me for a first payment and this will continue until the end of the work. In March 2019, the work more or less ended under my pressure. In addition I paid him the totality of the remainder when he had undertaken to finish the last small works before the summer of 2019. To date, that is to say 15 months later, I still have no gas for a fault on his part. Namely, the boiler was installed in the garage even though it must not be in contact with fuel (my vehicle). I currently have small humidity problems in 2 bedrooms as well as on one of the bay windows in the living room. And to continue this wonderful customer experience, since April 2019, just after my last payment, this gentleman, Fernando Mendes, no longer answers emails or the phone !! Obviously I live in France and it's a second home, so he takes advantage of the distance. I finally got a lawyer in order to solve the problems and finally get the residential license, because after 15 months, I still don't have it. I have a lot of annual and seasonal rental demand on the villa. After having taken my information on this real estate agency which is also the promoter of the project, this gentleman is already used to the fact, he dragged behind him a very bad reputation on these subjects and He also has a very bad reputation with his various subcontractors (problems and late payments). Very bad customer experience, to flee like the plague, this agency and this gentleman ...
