Benagil Kayaks - Seasiren Tours

This was our first experience of this kind and it could not go any better. Joao and Andrea were very very nice and kind, they made us feel special and took us through all the details of a hidden world waiting for anybody in Portimao. The boat was great, fast and powerful, also it was just big enough so that it can go inside of almost all the caves. Great experience, recommend it to anybody. Thank you SeaSiren

All of our expectations were met and exceeded with this tour. We met at the tour booth in front of the Marina and it was a short walk to the boat. Both of the guides were very friendly, welcoming and professional. When we got into the kayaks, it was easy enough to get into the water from the boat. We felt that Sergio (our guide) was going the extra mile to make sure that we were getting the most out of the tour. He had interesting facts and stories to tell at all the caves we visited. I would recommend this tour.

We opted for the Benagil Kayak Tour (2,5 hours). They offered to pick us up from the station, which was very helpful as it is would have been quite a long walk. From there we waited while the group gathered, and were then escorted to the catamaran. We left the port in Portimão and went past beautiful cliffs and coastlines. Our guide told us some fun facts about these sights as we passed them. We were able to walk around the comfortable boat and take pictures. After about 30 minutes, we started the kayaking tour of about 90 minutes. They separated the group into 2 so that it was not too crowded in the caves, which allowed for lovely pictures. The Benagil cave was of course the highlight, but all the other caves were gorgeous as well and we were glad that we got the opportunity to visit them as well. We were offered a ride back to the station after the excursion ended. Overall, great service, comfortable trip and friendly staff. 100% recommend!

The first trip was cancelled due to bad weather. We could re-book immediately and had an excellent trip 2 days later. They also offered a refund. The trip itself was excellent we enjoyed it a lot. Certainly, worth repeating.
