If I could give zero stars, I would. In my car a part had to be replaced, they could not get it from anywhere. It took them 3 weeks to find a solution that isn't even legal. Then they went for this illegal solution rather than getting the missing part. When I wanted to get my car they weren't even finished even though I already payed three days prior, so I sat there and watched how my car was fixed for 1h. Super chaotic and not helpful at all. Thanks for nothing.

Do not go here. They'll overcharge you by 2-3x the price you should pay and prey on tourists/foreigners. We arrived with a dent in our rental car and thought that we might be able to get it fixed before returning it, avoiding overpaying for a repair. We bring it in the Friday. They say they don't know how long it'll take and give us a rough price. We come back the next day to say we're interested. They tell us to come back on Monday to say exactly how long it'll take and give us a more exact quote for the job we think is reasonable–it's less than the initial amount suggested. We've already been in twice and wasted hours of our holiday. We come back. They make us wait an hour and a half. Then proceed to provide a quote that is twice the initial amount. The kicker is that the rental company charged less than even the initial amount suggested by this company. Not only did they try to rip us off, they were rude, unprofessional and unorganized. They exist on being one of the few garages in the west of Algarve, but you're better off driving to Lagos. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a business–this kind of greed and time wasting is really disgusting and unwarranted.

I went to this car Garage to fix oxygen sensor problem in my car. They check the car and said we will call you tomorrow and inform about the parts and price. Still they didn't call me. Even They didn't talk properly. I suggest to everyone that don't go there and don't west the time and money. They only suck your money. Very poor service.
