Absoutely shocking service. The staff are so rude and show no remorse of doing so, there is absolutely no attention to the client at all, the don't give you the basic respect to listen to you and take any chance they can to interrupt to basically tell you to go do one. My appointment was to due to happen at 10:20, naturally I show up at 10:15 so that everything runs smoothly, then I have to wait in a que for 20 minutes behind people who haven't even made appointments! When it finally came my turn to arrive at the receptionist, she told me that the doctor was ill and 'she tried calling me', no one tried to call me. When I asked for a record or a log (as I received no call whatsoever) where it said she tried to call me, she couldn't show me because it doesn't exist... She then continued to argue saying that there was a call when there very clearly wasn't, I showed her my phone.. no call either.. The receptionist then continued to say that we can book it with another doctor which is seriously inconvenient because I had been waiting over a week for this appointment. She then scoffed that I need a numero de utente, something which was never once mentioned to me when I made the appointment (I already had a bad experience the last time I went there too, and for those 2 appointments I never needed any number of the sort). The whole time I was speaking to this woman (the larger woman with black hair, furthest from the door) she was continuously interrupting and rude with me, not allowing me to speak or giving me the time to listen. To think that this is a private health care and is supposed to have the better service, poor people. Now, I'm out of an appointment I booked over a week ago and it's for a document that has a deadline. Thanks guys. If you're a tourist, family, individual, or at least a human person I definitely would not advise you to come here, as a British person who has lived around a bit, the service in this clinic is really poor for a European country and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone, especially if you want or want those you love to be treated with respect, dignity and professionalism.

Procurei uma consulta do Medico de Reabilitação. Foi surpreendida que o Centro Medico Internacional de VRSA, que fica junto com Centro desportivo, não tem este tipo de serviço. No dia 20 de Dezembro pedi uma marcação para outra unidade de grupo HPA, o Centro Medico Internacional em Faro, Gambelas. A consulta estava marcada para dia 31 de Dezembro as 10.50 de manha com o Dr. Luis Malaia. No dia de consulta por volta das 9 am, quando ja estava de comboio no caminho para Faro, recebi a chamada que o doctor por algum razão indefinido cancelou a minha consulta. 😳 Agora a consulta re-marcada para dia 14 de Janeiro, mas agora ja não acredita que vai acontecer.😳 Na minha opinião a situação não e normal, quando a receber uma consulta no hospital privado demora um mês.

Foi necessario recorrer a esta clinica no passado dia 30 de julho com a nossa filha, fomos super bem recebidos pelo staff, principalmente pela Drª Inês , que foi uma querida e extremamente profissional, aqui o nosso muito obrigado.

Nada a apontar, muito simpáticos, atendimento nas urgências foi rápido, recomendo!
