Had a very disappointing experience with sending a parcel to Amazon returns. They sent me to walk 2km with box of 5 kg just for print a sheet with delivery address that Amazon sent me via e-mail. There was a printer in the post office but it was refused to print, saying we don’t provide this service. When i came back it appeared that they don’t have a box, neither any wrap and sticky tape. I have had to go to nearest shop to search and buy. The wrapping service they don’t provide also, so i did everything myself. Two woman who attended me were unfriendly, like they are doing a personal favor by working. Very poor customer service, not focused on finding solution and customer satisfaction. And simply inhuman.

Really slow.

Bastante desiludida nao atendem o telefone tem uma encomenda que me foi enviada no 6 de Janeiro e nao a enviam. Quero saber quem vou responsabilizar

Incrível estou a 2 dias a ligar para este balcão e simplesmente não atendem! Liguei 32 vezes e nada...as pessoas precisam de falar e vocês simplesmente ignoram, conheço o balcão e duvido que nas 32 vezes que liguei num espaço de 2:30h não tenham tido 2 minutos para atender. Lamentável
