We looked up reviews, after trying a local competitor who was awful, we found this little boutique real estate office. Teresa was the first person to welcome us warmly to the office. She is amazingly friendly, very knowledgeable, and speaks enough English to help me (my wife speaks Portuguese, or as they call it here Brazillian). She was so nice I had to write a review. We've gone looking at a few places, and we will continue to work with her until we find a place. She even brought a booster seat for our 3.5 year old when we went out looking at houses. Very happy with this agency. Also, I'm a Realtor in the US for almost 20 years. So I'm real picky. Bad agents make my life harder. Great agents make me proud of my profession. My 3.5 year old is just old enough to understand what I do for work. So he's excited to look for houses and a place for horses. She showed us a place that has a little castle lookout. I loved it. We are still a bit off from buying, but we will continue to work with this great agent and agency. Highly recommended.
