Horrible airline!! Always late, every single flight is delayed, its incredible they have any business at all.

Horrible company, every flight is delayed, wrong check-in luggage so that it is lost, they gave non existing email address for requesting money, unfriendly on Santa Maria airport, no possibility to contact them by email or phone...horrible!!! Never ever SATA again!!!

This airline had a planned strike in August 2017 (I understand they have many strikes due to poor management). So the airline calls me and asks if we can move our travel date 3 days earlier to avoid the strike. We agree after they say they will be able to compensate us for additional travel costs due to this. One year later and after several emails it has been impossible to get a response from anyone. Such a shame this awful airline has a monopoly over the Azore islands (if you’re flying from US)
