Casa Louro

Beautiful, inexpensive, small holiday home, lovingly furnished, located between laurel trees. From the bed a view of the sea ... Ideal for hiking, supermarket and small bakery within walking distance. In the neighboring town there is also a sandy beach and larger shops.

This time I was lucky that the cute Casa Louro was free. The house goes over two levels and even has a small winter garden in which it was light and warm despite the occasional rainy weather. There were various heating devices for the cooler nights. The wall heating in the living room was enough. The best part was sitting in the really good bed and looking out the window at the sea. The laurel could be harvested straight away from the terrace, there were a few other kitchen herbs in the small garden. The casa has many windows, so that the brightness underlines the friendly atmosphere. The kitchen was well equipped, including a small stainless steel espresso maker. The atmosphere in the house was very pleasant due to the wooden construction. On the upper floor, the entire ceiling is made of cedar wood. Hot water is produced by solar cells, so the ecological demands of the landlords are definitely noticeable. The house is very quiet despite the proximity to the town center and shops. What an idyllic little cottage with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Every evening a beautiful sunset was observed on the horizon. The house is very comfortably furnished. A highlight is the conservatory. In Prazeres there are very good opportunities to eat, drink a delicious poncha and make small purchases. In summary, I highly recommend this holiday home for a relaxing holiday. I'll be back!

A few weeks ago I spent some memorable days in Prazeres at Casa Louro. The house is super cozy, a must for nature lovers! Great location, in the totally beautiful place Prazeres over the Atlantic. With a beautiful view, a terrace, laurel trees in the garden and singing canaries in it. From there you can do a lot. In the village there are nice restaurants and even a botanical garden with endemic plants. Walks along the Levadas or down to the Atlantic Ocean are super beautiful! I spent one of my best vacations there and would love to come back! And one more thing: the weather was always good in Prazeres! 👩🌾
