OK for a big modern concrete place. Pool area was quite nice but their cancellation policy at this difficult time is one-star poor..

Parking-Place is used by everybody during the off-season because the staff is to lazy to open the barrier for the clients. So the parking-place is open 24/7 and the cars are not protected. Be carefull with your car!

Friendly staff, great breakfast and good amenities in the rooms. The WiFi wasn’t great in the room we stayed in and I think you can only really get it properly at a spot behind reception. We had a great 2 night stay!

Worst experience in a supposedly 4 stars hotel ever, first we were placed in a terrible ugly room with bad finishing was dark and with dirty windows and a balcony that could not be used. After complaining we were placed in a smaller but better room far away from perfect but at least acceptable. No water, coffee or towels for the pool were provided. The breakfast was the worst I had in my hotel experience, a lot of sugary options but none that is worth putting the calories in your body. They water the grass in the morning so by the time you go to use the pool space, garden, children playground everything is wet, why not water stuff during the night?! The general state of the hotel feels old and outdated not in a good way and is still carpeted in the corridors and some places looking that it needs to be clean. Terrible lifts in some of the hotel areas. Not garanted parking space. To be fair some positive notes: The outdoors space is nice but is not promote or set up in the best way for you to use it. The girl in the reception was nice when I asked to change rooms. And the location is also nice.
