MTB Algarve

I rented a bike from MTB Algrave. During the rental, the seller gave me a very poor quality padlock by making sure "there is no theft in the corner". Finally, I had the bike stolen: I had to pay for it in full, or 350€ (in addition to the rental of course), whereas we had not signed a contract clause beforehand defining what should happen in case of theft. Finally, the seller assured me that he would send me later, by email, the invoice of the bike, so that I could request a refund by my insurance in France. If first of all, I doubt that this refund is possible, the question did not arise because he never sent me this email! Regrettable and lamentable experience.

These guys are amazing! The bikes are modern and very well looked after. Our tour gide (Joel) was fantastic and went well beyond the call of duty to make it a great trip for us in a very personal group of 4. Thanks guys!

We were desperate after another local company we had booked with weeks earlier tried to pawn off city bikes as mountain bikes, but MTB came through for us with some last-second bikes at unbeatable prices.
