Nice and helpful staff

Very bad experience. Bought a pair of Nike golf shoes that litteraly fell apart after 5 holes. Upon returning them to the store, with receipts, we were offered a voucher but no full refund which was required. Only after repeated demands for a full refund were we given cash. This was totally unacceptable, other customers may have accepted a voucher - don't! We will never return to this store.
