We come here often as a family and we always enjoy our meals and the stroll around. Of course we always end up buying something, it’s a true temptation.

I am not sure if this a unique experience but... here it is: I bought a sofa bed from IKEA, it was delivered Jan. 16, when I got to assemble it the next day, the mattress was missing, so I called Ikea, I was told they would deliver the next Saturday Jan. 23. Well. It wasn’t, the mattress never made it to the delivery truck. I called again, because of the circumstances, they would open an exception and deliver it today, Jan.27, I just got a call from the transport company saying they again do not have the now famous mattress.... what really got me going is that I paid an additional €99 to have it delivered.... is this the best IKEA post sale service can deliver???? Wow I want a refund for the delivery charge, that’s the minimum you can do.

And again worst customer service ever: Ordered some cabinets 19.01.21, supposed to be delivered on the 30.01. Then the order was split in half, so some pieces got delivered on the 30.01. the other parts were scheduled for the 02.02. on that date, no one showed up, no message, no call. After I contacted them, waiting a long time in the queue, I was told the other items have been rescheduled for the 17.02., hey, thanks for the info! Yesterday, those items were delivered, BUT: some small parts were missing, so I cannot assemble all the cabinets. Now I am trying to reach IKEA since 2 days, yesterday after 1.5 hours waiting in the line, I was kicked out. Also the chat, waiting for a response for a long time, was ended without response by IKEA. I would not even give 1 star! I understand, that with Corona and lockdown, there is a higher workload and also IKEA is stating this on their website. But unfortunately I have experienced this already without Corona.

Having spent 3 hours choosing what we wanted we got to the area to pick up our selection and there was virtually nothing available. The organisation of the store is also awful.. A waste of most of my day. I give it three stars as the staff were helpful but really it doesn't deserve it

Nice place to shop. Lots of choice and helpful staff. One item has been out of stock for 6 weeks now in this store though. However the sofas we purchased, are to be delivered next day. Very very long checkout queues, not enough tills open.
