Great gym with great equipment. I got very good personal training from Antonio Ribeiro. I had a great time here. I definitely recommend the gym and the trainers! Cheers!

Jacqui in the spa is simply the most amazing reflexologist, I've been seeing her for years whenever I can get here. I couldn't rate her high enough for her knowledge and care.
