I needed a mobility scooter to try out as I have Parkinson's Disease and thought a scooter might give me some independence. I have to say it is a long time since I have received such good service. I spoke to Paul and within a couple of hours we were agreeing a deal to help me. The scooter is great and service beyond reproach. Well done Paul. Good job.

UPDATE TO OWNER'S REPLY. We were not late, we were there 9.25. In fact we have spoken to the driver who had 4 clients in the car. We were 8 people. 8+4+1 driver in a 7 seater bus, I'm not sure that's legal. The driver said if it was agreed for 9.30 someone will be there. Also, we did not want a refund, we wanted the boat trip, which we tried to rebook with your staff member there. Don't worry tough, we have booked it elsewhere for the next day and guess what, the transfer worked flawlessly. Please don't add insult to injury by STILL trying to wash your hands and spread lies that the clients were late. It's just pityful really. Bought 8 tickets for a boat trip yesterday evening. We were supposed to be picked up 9.30am from a hotel for a 10am boat ride. Transfer never showed, number I got was unavailable to call only after 14 tries someone picked up. After waiting 30 min, we were advised that the transfer will not arrive. Went back to the shop, got a refund, but owner/manager really a joke, told us there is nothing to do, it's not his fault, I got you the tickets but the transfer never showed etc, so I'm thinking, are you not the business owner? Is that not your job to coordinate your workers/affiliate services so that you don't leave people waiting in vain at the kerbside? He said if you don't like it, call the police 🤣 don't use this agency, there are so many similar offices competing for business now, this guy only takes your money and washes his hands if things go wrong.

Great friendly service from this English owned business. We hired 2 x Mountain bikes for 5 days and he did us a cracking deal! Helmets, bike lock, lights and spare inner tubes were all included. We did a tough 40 miler one day through Olive groves and got 3 punctures. We limped back with a slow puncture and popped back wanting a new tube for me to change. Just take a new bike was the response! Brilliant!!! Can't reccomend enough. Pretty new bikes also, that he replaces each season 👍

Excellent place for bike hire and the only place open during the winter. Friendly service and great price too, we will definitely return again for bike hire. In two hours we managed to make our was to the Rocha Baixinha Bar past the main harbour to have a drink on the beach for 20/30 mins depending on how fast you cycle. Great to have the freedom to roam around Quarteira and Vilamoura on a bike.
