Friendly service

We went looking for helmets and gloves and bought both. There was a good selection and I am sure the staff would be helpful if you asked. We just looked around and tried on things until we were happy.

They were suppose to replace tubless tyres on my motorbike. The one on the rear was correctly fitted with a tubeless tyre, but they replaced the front one with a tube type tyre which would have been ok if they had fitted a Inner tube, but they didn't which made it dangerous to ride. I had not noticed this till I had ridden it home. When I returned I was told it was OK, they will pump the tyre up when it goes down. I don't think they grasped the fact it will go down very quickly making it very dangerous to ride. After long disgussions they agreed to fit a Inner tube then had the cheek to charge for the inner tube plus labour Even though it is there mistake. There attitude towards me was very unhelpful, for this reason I find it very differcult to recomended this shop.

Never buy anything from here. They don't even care to listen to what kind of service you need. Won't give appointment for service. All they will say is come another day because today we are busy. Worst. Never recommended.
