Very good service,fast and fair. Giving a small pack of masks was an excellent thought too!!!!

Very bad. The inspectors think they are the law. Shame

Although queing efficiency could be improved on, overall well run and prompt service.

Good, it took probably 1hr.

With a no appointment system I thought I'd be there ages but it's a very streamlined system and the staff were very friendly even though I don't speak Portuguese!
