Skydive Seven Algarve

The experience was good like any other skydive companies review. But they tried to CON us, thats why i am giving 2 star. We paid for the 15k ft (5000m), we made the jump and later when we checked the video the free fall was short and upon asking they said that we were dropped off from 12k not 15k due to safety reason. So as a company they should have provided the detail before hand and gave us the option to do it or postpone it. They even provided us the certificate for 5000m jump which was a lie already. If i had not noticed the difference they would have just got away. They said they will provide me the Photos for free and i refused as the photos are just screenshots from the videos I already have, then they said they will provide me 30 euro voucher which was the original price difference. The point was the experience that they ruined, it was a mis-set expectation but they believed by matching the price difference voucher they are providing a fair deal. I asked for the cash back (30euro) not the voucher or provide with better voucher deal like free video for next jump and they stated its a fair deal that they are providing 30 euro voucher for the next jump. So with that they are forcing us to jump from the same place and making profit from us again. Upon stating the fact that they tried to CON us and LIED to our faces on our jumps plus ruining our video blogs that we talked about 5000m jump. they think its a fair deal and cannot do more. TIPS > always ask for the full video of the jump so you can track the time of fall. You never know you can be the next me being CONNED.

This was the most incredible experience. Anything you think it will feel like doesn't even get close to what it really is. The staff is super nice, we always felt really safe. Unfortunately to get some pictures or videos is quite expensive which made me a little sad since I wanted to share my experience. But here is my recommendation because memory is also a great keep sake.

Best experience ever! Amazing! The views are breathtaking, and all the staff and the instructors are the best. Shot out to João Rato, he was awesome, couldn’t wish for a better experience.

It was my first time doing skydiving and it couldn’t have been better. At first, I booked the second option (4000 m) but they convinced me to book the highest and it was the best decision ever. If you are going to jump, better to have more time in the free fall to get the best experience. (The fear is going to be the same anyway ) Joao was my instructor and Andy filmed and took the external pictures. They were extremely nice and made me feel super safe. I took the whole package, highest fall, with photos, video and an extra camera. These people are amazing, best customer service ever, polite, friendly and warm!! I will definitely do it again and again! It was the best day of my life!!!
